The Healthy Professional Worker (HPW) Partnership is the first interdisciplinary, comparative and collaborative research initiative examining mental health, leave of absence, and return to work issues for professional workers and their impact on the workers themselves, their families, their co-workers, employees, employers and clients/patient/students, that takes an explicit gender perspective.
