Commentary: “An employee with a mental health problem or disability can be successful in work given appropriate support and accommodation.” (Ontario Human Rights Commission, 2008).

Offers healthcare providers a regularly scheduled time during their fast-paced work lives to openly and honestly discuss the social and emotional issues they face in caring for patients and families. The focus is on the human dimension of medicine.

Commentary: A comprehensive evaluation has shown that the program has a unique and profound impact on caregivers as well as host organizations (Flanagan et al., 2019).
